friendly staff varied menu central location
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a lovely varied menu that catered for all tastes. I found the location central for accessing various attractions. I appreciated being only a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal, made transportation easy.
The shower was a bit small.

Central Location and Great Breakfasts
central location excellent breakfast helpful staff
The hotel had a perfect location close to the sea front and town centre. I enjoyed a short walk to Palace Cinema. Breakfast was excellent with a very good menu, all freshly cooked. I was also able to leave my cases at the hotel until my ferry departure on the last day.
There was no lift in the hotel.

a happy stay
big selection tidy room fun theme
breakfast offered a big selection and presentation was really lovely i especially appreciated the cooked items. my room was tidy and it was serviced every day. the staff seemed happy to offer any help i needed. i noticed a fun bird theme in the hall and that added a nice touch.
i noticed the bedsheet wasn't quite deep enough for the mattress. it popped off sometimes which was a little annoying at night. i had to fix it a couple times before falling asleep again.

the hotel offers a range of useful facilities , including complimentary wifi access throughout the building and a comfortable lounge area perfect for relaxation. there is also a convenient luggage storage service available for early arrivals or late departures. these amenities definitely enhanced my stay there.

The staff was helpful with directions. the owner provided useful guides for local attractions and transportation. i also appreciated the large breakfast. It really topped off my stay.
i found that the bedsheet was not deep enough. it kept springing off the mattress, a bit inconvenient.
